Stephen Melville – Chief Executive Officer, My Key Pay (Chair)
Stephen Melville has a track record of success across different markets and sectors. He has an eye for an opportunity and the drive and determination to make it work.
Taking his vast experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry he formed his own Glasgow based payroll company in 2003. Today, My Key Pay provides innovative payroll solutions to the UK freelance market across a variety of industries and sectors.
Stephen’s recipe for success is his strong self-belief and passion for his business. His ambition is to continue to build a successful, Scottish based international business.

Elizabeth Jackson, Chartered FCIPD
Liz is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has an extensive background in HR spanning some 18 years predominately in the manufacturing sector and as an HR director for over 12 years. Her HR experience is extensive and includes both strategic and operational levels.
She is heavily involved in the Scottish Partnership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) currently holding position of Vice Chair prior to taking over the position of Chair later this year.

Judy Wagner, Finlayson Wagner Black
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Judy Wagner began her career as a Chartered Accountant and worked with GEC before moving into the recruitment industry in 1987, becoming a director of a large UK-wide recruitment business in 1988.
Judy is a former Director of the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Scottish committee of the Malcolm Sargeant Cancer Foundation. She is a member of Court of the Edinburgh Merchants' Company, Vice-Chairman of the Governing Council of the Erskine Stewart Melville Schools and sits on the Advisory Board of the Spektra Research Institute.

Julie Inglis, Kube Networks
Julie Inglis has successfully worked within the recruitment industry for a 10 year period and has experience of managing teams/divisions within a variety of sectors which include Industrial, Commercial/Office, Call Centre, driving on both a temporary and permanent basis.
From 2006 onwards Julie has been a director and shareholder of a Consultancy Business and also Kube Networks. Kube are a leading communications provider who deliver a complete range of business to business voice and data solutions to the SME and Corporate Markets.

Kai McCabe, Former Managing Director, Search Consultancy
Kai joined Search as associate director in 1996 when the consultancy was turning over just £15m a year. By the time she left last November, the company had more than £100m of turnover and made profits of some £1.4m, with 600 staff in 13 UK towns and cities.
Kai now plans to start up two new companies.
